    All premiums are paid through payroll deduction, which means they are deducted directly from your paycheck.


    Monthly Benefit

    This is how much coverage you'll receive if you become disabled - i.e. the monthly check you'll receive.

    Waiting period

    This is how long it will take to receive your coverage check if you become disabled. The 14 Day option will cost you more than the 30 day option.

    Cost per Pay period

    This is how much gets deducted from your paycheck every two weeks when you get paid.
